The location was very convenient. Just a short walk to hyde park, i found the central line a few minutes away. the staff were friendly and quick to fix issues, i reported a broken shower, and it was fixed within 20 minutes.
my room did not have a refrigerator, i missed having a cold drink readily available. the air conditioning was minimal, i found it difficult to regulate the temperature during warmer days.

The hotel location IS very convenient, especially for accessing tube and train stations. hyde park is also very close. the breakfast provided a good start to the day.
my room felt quite small for the PRICE. the towel rack heater was not working . cold water in the hand basin was also not working , despite reporting it.

The hotel location is convenient. The Lancaster Gate Underground Station sits nearby on the central line. It makes reaching other parts of the city quick. The room was spacious for a single bedroom, especially by city standards. It included a twin bed and a nice desk. A cupboard stored an ironing set and a hair dryer.
I find issue with the small bath in my room. It took up too much space, perhaps a larger shower cubicle would be better. Water pressure was poor. I could not get the tap to run cold.

The breakfast staff takes orders at the table from the hot menu. This is in addition to the buffet. The staff makes the hot items fresh. It ensures quality and satisfaction.

The room features air conditioning. I appreciated this due to the hot days during my stay. The room contains a sizable television too. I did not use it, but it is good to have. A decent-sized bathroom contains a fairly spacious shower.
